Licoli management refreshing once a day

Good morning, Alice. I'd like your advice on how to manage the licoli as per the subject line. For logistical reasons (I bake twice a week), I'm trying to manage my licoli by refreshing it only once a day. So, what refreshment ratio do you recommend, and at what temperature should I keep the licoli? If I'm baking, do you recommend a preparatory refreshment? At what ratio? Thank you very much. Marcello
