Ph after bath in higher than before

Hi Dear Alisa! Nice to meet you! First of all I would like to thank you a lot for the brilliant information about Pasta Madre!❤️ Have you ever measured ph after bath? Today I took my PM from the cold retard, she was 3,98. Than i made a bath for 10 minutes with fructose, water temperature 26c. And took a big piece of PM, so she showed 3,78-3,80. I was shocked! Why it happened? 😳
