Solid sourdough starter refreshment time

Hi everyone! I hope you can give me some advice. I'm doing two refreshments of my pasta madre (I'm new to forme, I've always worked with licoli) and the articles were—and are—a precious help, I've already learned a lot. I do a hot refreshment and then a night's rest... but they always end late at night. For example, tonight at 2:30 I have to do the night refreshment at 18 degrees. Is there a way to manage to do the refreshments in the morning?
