New registration, or plan change?
If you are already registered to Pan Brioche and you want to change plans, log in and access the menu User area top right. Enter in My subscription and select Change plan.
If you have already subscribed and you want to move to a higher plan, you will only pay the difference compared to what has been accrued/consumed to date.
If you are not registered yet select the desired plan above and create your new account through this page.
The duration of all subscriptions is one year from the time of subscription. The only exception is for the Cookie Plan, which is free and active for an unlimited time.
Yes, you can request cancellation from the Panettone Plan at any time, just send an email to the site administration. This cancellation can be total, or with the removal of your account and data from the site, or partial, or with the downgrade to lower floors, such as the Pagnotta one.
However, it is not possible to be reimbursed after having accessed even once the contents of the Panettone Plan. The unused remainder of the paid amount can be used for lower level subscriptions (eg Piano Pagnotta), up to full consumption.

The Panettone Plan allows access to the entire site, with all its contents, features and services.
These include: in-depth technical articles on sourdough starter (with particular reference to pasta madre solid), bread-making techniques (with particular reference to highly hydrated breads and large leavened products) and flours; technical glossary; download of supplementary files such as spreadsheets for recipes; no advertising; saving favorite articles; reserved user area; preview of content and new services and more.
You can use PayPal or Credit Card (on the Stripe circuit). If you need it, you can also proceed by bank transfer. In this case it is necessary to contact the administration directly.
I have subscribed to the Panettone Plan and I want to take advantage of the discount for a consultation or training, how long do I have to do it?
The discount to consultancy and training, provided for members of the Panettone Plan, is valid for the entire duration of the subscription and for each individual request or training course.
Yes, it is possible. You can buy a Panettone gift plan using the subscription form, and ticking the box "Is this a gift?". Enter your data, then the person you give it to (via a link that will be provided to you after purchase) will enter their data and create their own account. You can find more information HERE.
The only difference is access to the reserved area of the Forum where consultations can be requested, for the entire duration of the subscription (one year).
The Panettone VIP Plan guarantees two consultations per month, and three total responses for each consultancy.
I have subscribed to the Panettone VIP Plan, can I also receive advice via email, telephone, or WhatsApp / Telegram?
No, the consultations related to the Panettone VIP Plan can only be requested and resolved in the specific reserved area of the FORUM.
No, the consultations in the area reserved for the Panettone VIP Plan are accessible only to subscribers to the Panettone VIP Plan.
All subscribers to other plans and non-subscribers cannot access consultancy.
