Hi, my name is Alice Buda, born in '79, and I live in Italy, in Cesena.
Graduated in Communication Sciences, I deal with Web Project Management since 1997 and of Pasta Madre Technology from 2016.
Over the years I have worked both as a freelancer and for important companies operating in various sectors and at an international level.
Since 2021 I am entrepreneur, at the head of this project called PanBrioche.com, through which I spread the word about sourdough and the technology of leavened baked dough, offering consultancy and putting people from all over the world in touch.
